Our mission
SJ Green Dining’s mission is to reduce the carbon footprint of SJ restaurants and to contribute to their success. This will be accomplished by educating local restauranteurs on how to transform their restaurants into environmentally sustainable operations and by marketing these efforts to the SJ community.
